Hello Bistro

I am a big Hello Bistro fan, but this location is not like most. Very dirty with toppings on the floor and under most tables/kitchen area. Stray toppings are intermixed with each other. Poorly staffed with 2 people trying to chop and check people out. How many toppings are on the floor you ask? An employee fell while building a salad, because of how many toppings were scattered under foot. This all happening while getting my build your own salad medium chopped and full of identified "crunchies". While I ate my salad, I asked myself what was on my fork because what was scooped into my bowl was a hodgepodge of peas, peppers, and hard boiled eggs.... I didnt ask for the eggs BTW. Clean up, downtown bistro... come on

very good salads and large portions. the greek was awesome

One of my favorite lunch spots near market square. Quick, healthy, and unique salads with basically unlimited options to customize. The staff is kind and quick to answer any questions. Not a big fan of the fact that they use lock codes on their bathrooms. But beyond that, no complaints
